Alzami Metal Works Factory Looking For ( Planning / Scheduling Engineer )
1.   Position Objectives:
·       Create a comprehensive plan combines all projects to master all the resources loading and to be updated based on the job progress.
·       Develop operational strategies to achieve financial objectives. 
2.   Duties & Responsibilities :
·       Periodically monitor projects progress to draw project’s analysis report to define the actual status vs forecast.
·       Update project’s schedule based on the current status to be able to make recommendations and or improvements. 
·       Guide the project managers during the execution phase to ensure the project schedule / budget within client’s requirements and expectation.  
·       Communicate and update project’s forecasted delays or interruptions which could be effecting the overall duration. 
·       Measure the Welders productivity daily range as per contributed linear meter.
·       Update the Resources loading chart periodically to ensure the project’s man-hours are within the budget.
3.   Position Requirements :
3.1      Qualifications :-  
·       Education:
B.Sc. Mechanical engineering/diploma in engineering or equivalent
·       Professional  Training:
Qualified in using Primavera V8.
3.2    Experience:
·       Overall:
08 years with BSc or 10 years with diploma/equivalent degree
·       Job Specific :
Minimum 04 years as a planning of storage tanks, vessels, and steel structures Fabrication industry.
3.3     Competencies:
·       Must be self-driven, result oriented with problem solving skills.
Good man management skills, ability to handle more than 300 workmen.
